         is a 501(c)3 tax exempt, entirely volunteer-managed, non-profit organization working for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all other people who support the struggle for equality in Western New England.
 
Noho Pride is a member of the International Association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Coordinators (Interpride), a non-profit organization that provides support to Pride events around the globe. Over the years, Noho Pride's LGBT Pride Parade and Rally has grown to become one of the biggest Pride events in Western New England with over 15,000 in attendance. 

The future for Noho Pride is exciting. We have developed relationships with area businesses and organizations to help with fundraising and to keep our community "prideful" all year long. We have seeded a scholarship fund to encourage young and old to come to our beautiful diverse community in Western New England. A Family Pride Day is in the planning stages and LGBT and allied entertainers will be encouraged to perform in our great area venues.

      Northampton's 29th Annual LGBT Pride Parade and Rally event held May 1st 2010 (produced by Noho Pride)
    broke ALL the records! Here are the stats:          
     
    Noho Prides official banner2010 PARADE: 102 contingents which included:

    1,500 marchers
    40 motorcycles
    1 Balloon Arch
    7 floats and 17 other decorated vehicles
    (3 jeeps, 8 trucks, 6 cars)
    2 marching bands
    1 kazoo marching group
    20 member precision grocery cart team
    2 horses and riders and a Gator pick up team
    2 roller derby teams
    1 limo
    1 off duty ambulance
    1 mascot
    1 Unicyclist and 8 bicycles 
    4+ scooters, wheelchairs and walkers
    10+ dogs
    10 toddlers in strollers
     
     2010 Rally:
    Over 15,000 people in attendence
     80+ degree sunny weather
    107 vendors 
     (42 Non-Profits and 65 For Profits including sponsors and food)  
    Entertainment lineup included for the first time an ASL spoken word performer
    and Melissa Ferrick stopping by to say hi and play a song!
